Payment by installments through the company's website: The company provides the advantage of selling to the customer by installments using bank credit cards for purchases. Installments are made for credit card holders for purchases with banks only mentioned on DR.MOBILE website. The products that were purchased in installments can not be returned, but can only be exchanged for another product of the same financial value or higher. The customer has the right to use only one method of payment systems, which is through direct payment or through installment. The discount rate does not apply to the method of payment through installment companies, but rather will be done on the official price.

8. Order Acceptance & Pricing

The website has the full right to refuse/cancel any order for any possible reason at any given time and you may be asked to provide us with additional verifications/information to avoid these cases, and that could include but are not limited contact numbers and/or accurate addresses.

In order to avoid any fraud with credit/debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with your order, also we have to verify the accuracy of your provided personal information. These steps could take the form of an identity, place of residence or even a banking information check. So, put in mind that the absence of a needed answer will automatically cause a cancellation of your order within 2 days.

Moreover, we reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit/debit cards.

11. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, If you want to return the delivered item for changing your mind/dislike/no technical reason we offer a 14-day return policy on all eligible items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

You have to send us a proof of purchase (order number, invoice) the reason for return has to be valid. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging item(s) has to be sealed and closed box. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or damaged unless it has a technical issue in this case you will have to issue a report from the agency.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you return a product purchased using a Flash Sale, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
